Every year thousands of nurses from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and beyond decide to build a future abroad. Many carry their family’s hopes. Many are saving money they cannot afford to lose. And almost all of them face the same thing: a confusing, lonely process spread across dozens of websites, WhatsApp groups and agents who do not always have their best interests at heart.
Existing tools each cover one slice: one country’s pathway, one exam, one report. Nobody walks the whole road with you, from choosing a nursing school to your first 90 days in a new country. So we built it.
Prince is a Registered Practical Nurse who trained in Canada after a career abroad. He remembers the late nights reading regulator pages, the fear of booking the wrong test, and the relief of finally holding a licence. NurseRoute is the companion he wished he had. Every email you receive from us is signed by Prince and the team.
Prince also founded NurseHuddle, a Canadian platform where licensed nurses connect with clients and facility shifts. Nurses heading to Canada are invited to it when the time is right, always with their consent.
