If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it to your original payment method (Stripe or Paystack). You can ask the help assistant, which can process eligible refunds instantly.
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. If something went wrong, write to us anyway. A real person will look at it kindly.
Unredeemed gifts can be refunded within 7 days. Pathway Reports can be refunded within 7 days. Expert add-on bookings follow the partner’s terms, and can always be refunded if the service was not delivered.
