Who we are

NurseRoute Global ("NurseRoute", "we") is an educational platform that helps nurses understand the steps to work abroad. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Educational guidance only

NurseRoute gives general educational guidance. We are not affiliated with any regulator, government, exam or credential body. Nothing on NurseRoute is immigration, legal or financial advice. Always confirm requirements, fees and deadlines with the official source before you act.

Ada, our guide, is an AI assistant. Ada can make mistakes. Ada only uses confirmed facts and official links, but you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login safe. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time from Me > Privacy.

Plans and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

We never collect your regulator, exam, credential or visa fees. Those are always paid directly to the official body.

Community rules

Be kind and honest. No scams, recruiter solicitation, hate, harassment, or sharing other people’s personal data. We use automated moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Recruitment and partners

Employer introductions only happen with your explicit, revocable consent. Expert partners are independent businesses; they are responsible for the services they deliver. Rankings and recommendations on NurseRoute are never paid for.

Liability

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but regulations change. To the extent allowed by law, NurseRoute is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using general guidance on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
