How we protect nurses and health systems.

We follow the spirit of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. Nurses should never pay recruitment fees. Consent comes first. Health systems under pressure deserve protection.
We keep the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List in our system and refresh it monthly. Employers located in destinations that restrict active recruitment from listed countries (for example the United Kingdom) cannot proactively contact candidates who live in those countries on NurseRoute. Those nurses remain free to apply to any employer directly.
Candidate profiles are only visible when you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time. Every consent change and every profile share is recorded in an audit log.
Employers are verified by automated checks (business email domain and company website) with human review for anything unclear. Employers that charge nurses fees are removed.
