You can upgrade or change plan any time from Me > Billing. Upgrades apply straight away.

You can cancel any time from Me > Billing or by asking here. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your journey and progress stay saved, and you can come back on the free plan.

If you paid in the last 7 days you can ask for a full refund to your original payment method. After that, our team looks at each request personally.

Cards are processed by Stripe. In Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa you can pay in local currency with Paystack. NurseRoute never collects your regulator, exam or visa fees: always pay those on the official site.

Your documents are stored privately and only you can open them. We never share your profile with employers unless you opt in, and you can turn that off at any time.
